Ben stops in for a Spoken Word Workshop at St. Amelia

On Tuesday morning, Ben and Caffe Aroma open mic co-host Justin Karcher stopped into the ELA honor class at St. Amelia.

They discussed how to write a spoken word poem, began drafting, and ran a real-to-life open mic for students to share their work.

Ben will next be running his Speak, Poet: Writing a Spoken Word poem workshop at Orchard Park High School this spring.
